Compact Long Range HD Multi-Spectral Surveillance System

The TacFLIR® 230 Gimbal provides maximum sensor range performance including a high-resolution colour zoom TV camera with low light capability, a powerful 640×480 cooled MWIR thermal camera with 18x magnification, and optional laser pointer and rangefinder. At 18.6kg(41lbs) and 229mm (9in) diameter, the TacFLIR230 provides the ability to deploy on any platform including UGVs.

Optimized for vehicle operations, TacFLIR 230 is tailored through extensive operational experience for RECCE, force protection, ISR, commander’s viewer, driver’s vision, and situational awareness. It’s easily deployed with extendable masts and gyro-stabilized for on the-move operations. TacFLIR 230’s multi-sensor payload provides crisp, stable imagery through total darkness and smoke while on the move. Qualified and rugged, it’s built to MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-704E
