This suppressor is likely the lightest 5.56 NATO suppressor available. The Brevis II 5.56 grew from the concept of offering a fully functional sound and flash suppressor within 2X of the length and weight envelope of a traditional 5.56 flash hider. Despite its short length, this suppressor supplies performance appropriate for full length suppressors. The suppressor offers extremely light weight while at the same time possessing excellent durability.

The Brevis II 5.56 Ultra is 7.5 oz. and 3.7 in overall length. It is constructed of one monolithic piece of high strength Titanium alloy with its blast surface reinforced with a proprietary high nickel superalloy. The Brevis II 5.56 Ultra is our shortest and lightest 5.56 Nato offering.

As with the other Brevis II suppressors, the suppressor may be installed as a replacement muzzle device to the rifle. It is possible to service the rifle barrel with the suppressor attached.

The Brevis II Ultra 8.6mm is a new take on the big bore rifle suppressor. This suppressor transforms the typical perception of a suppressor for the .338 Lapua and similar rifles into something that may be considered a part of the rifle system. The 5.5” overall length (4.9” added to the length of the barrel) makes this a replacement muzzle device vs. an afterthought. The sub 10oz. weight means that carry and cantilevered weight are minimized to single multiples of most existing muzzle brakes and flash hiders. This suppressor offers durability similar to barrel lifespan. Barrel maintenance may be performed with the suppressor attached.

The Brevis II 7.62 is a pinnacle in the refinement of the 7.62 muzzle mount suppressor. The 7.62 Brevis II introduces a fully hardened Inconel suppressor with a weight (16 oz.) similar to the expected weight of a 7.62 titanium suppressor. Even with the light weight and short overall length of 5.5” (4.9” added to barrel length) the Brevis II 7.62 displays outstanding performance. This suppressor provides flash reduction similar to if not exceeding most dedicated OEM flash hiders. In addition, sound reduction is superb, with a unique soft, deep tone.

The lifespan of this suppressor is similar to barrel life of the host weapon. The entire suppressor is constructed as a single homogeneous part without welds, threaded connections, seams or other traditional failure points.

As a precision rifle suppressor, this suppressor is consistent, accurate, and may be permanently installed on the host platform. The barrel may be maintained with the suppressor installed allowing the suppressor to function as a replacement muzzle device.
